Flexi-Orb Certificate Queries
Flexi-Orb Installation Certificates provide evidence that an installation was carried out by a installer who has been certified as working to the requirements of the Flexi-Orb INS-001 Installation Scheme. By registering an installation on the Flexible Energy Register the installer is stating that it complied with the requirements of the relevant Editions of all Codes of Practice, IET Wiring Regulations BS7671, and Building Regulations that were in force at the time of installation.
Flexi-Orb certificates should be included in the handover pack provided to you by your installer, and we will email you a ‘digital’ copy once your installation has been registered on our Flexible Energy Register.

Errors on your Flexi-Orb certificate
If any of the information on your certificate is incorrect you can either contact your installer directly so that they can arrange for your record to be updated, or complete the form below, attaching a copy of your certificate(s), and confirming in the comments box what information requires correcting.
When requesting a change from Flexi-Orb directly – if the information to be updated is your address or MPAN we will also require you to upload a copy of an appropriate document (e.g., council tax/utility bill) showing your name and your correct address/MPAN; if any of the information relates to the system details that have been registered, we will have to confirm the correct details with your installer before any changes can be made.
