On an annual basis, the Flexi-Orb Senior Leadership Team (SLT) will conduct a Formal Scheme Review with the following aims:

• To review the Scheme objectives and amend as necessary
• To establish how well the Scheme is meeting those objectives
• To identify weaknesses or areas for improvement
• To make recommendations for actions to address the issues identified

The Review will consider feedback from the Flexi-Orb Scheme Working Group (SWG), reports from external stakeholders, and reports from internal processes and procedures.

A 6-monthly interim Scheme Review shall be conducted to review the:

• Current progress of the Scheme
• Outcome of Internal Audits and the suitability of the Quality Management System
• Progress within the Flexi-Orb SWG
• Development of external standards and other normative documents which define the specified requirements used in the Scheme

There is also the facility for an Ad Hoc Scheme Review to be conducted at any time, usually when the need for an urgent review of an element of the Scheme has been identified, or when external drivers for the Scheme have suddenly changed.
