In order to operate the Scheme to a high standard – including expertly servicing consumer enquiries and issues and attracting and keeping the best quality assessment personnel – we understand that initial scheme fees will be higher than the industry has been used to.

A Flexi-Orb Scheme Operator will help drive the Scheme’s development and operating processes and efficiencies. We have positioned the Scheme to increase Scheme Operators’ profitability and assessor satisfaction, reduce consumer and installer dissatisfaction, improve efficiencies and provide access to the Scheme Owner who will respond to support the Scheme Operator.
